Making room
for what matters.
A deeper relationship with yourself, others, and the life you're building.
Integrative Coaching
A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make sense of what matters to you —especially when life, relationships, expectations, or your own competing needs make that difficult to see clearly.
My work is about creating enough space and understanding to discern what matters, trust yourself more deeply, and make conscious choices in the presence of complexity.
Not because there is one right way to live, but because there are ways of living that can feel more aligned, intentional, and genuinely your own.
Working together
Our work begins with curiosity rather than a predetermined answer.
You may:
-
come to coaching knowing that something needs to change, without knowing exactly what that change is.
You may:
-
understand yourself quite well and still find yourself repeating familiar patterns.
You might be:
-
trying to distinguish what you actually want from what you think you should want,
-
navigating a relationship or transition,
-
reconsidering your priorities, or
-
realizing that a life that looks good from the outside, doesn't quite feel right from the inside.
Or you may:
-
simply want a place to think more deeply about yourself and the life you're creating.
Together, we slow things down enough to notice what is happening beneath the surface - your needs, values, patterns, fears, assumptions, desires, relationships, and the expectations you may have absorbed along the way.
From there, we consider what that understanding means for the way you actually live.
That might involve a decision you're facing, a conversation you need to have, a boundary that has become difficult to maintain, a relationship you want to understand differently, or changes to the way you structure your time and energy.
Insight matters. But so does being able to bring that insight into your everyday life in ways that feel possible, sustainable, and true to you.
Areas of Support:
-
Relationship with Yourself
Deepen your understanding of yourself and strengthen trust in your own experience.
We may pay attention to what your thoughts, emotions, and body are communicating and become curious about the different things pulling at you - particularly when fear, uncertainty, habit, or external expectations make it difficult to know what you actually think or want.
-
Relationship with Others
Explore how to create meaningful connection with other people without losing connection with yourself. Rather than looking for a formula for the "right" way to relate, we become curious about what happens between you and other people - and what might create more room for openness, mutuality, choice, and genuine connection.
-
Relationship with the Life You’re Building
Consider whether the life you are living reflects what actually matters to you.
You may be navigating competing priorities or a period of transition. You may have built a life around expectations that no longer fit. Or you may know what matters to you but struggle to translate that understanding into everyday choices.

ADHD Coaching
ADHD can shape far more than productivity. We explore how it may be influencing the way you experience attention, motivation, emotions, relationships, expectations, time, overwhelm, transitions, and even your understanding of yourself. The aim isn't to become better at forcing yourself into approaches that don't work for you. It is to understand yourself more fully and develop ways of living and functioning that support your needs, values, priorities, and the way you think and thrive.
A place to begin.
You don't need to know exactly what you want from coaching before we talk.
You may have a specific question or transition you want support with, or simply a sense that you want something in your life or relationships to feel different.
A complimentary consultation gives us a chance to talk about what is bringing you here, what you are hoping for, and any questions you have about working together. It is also an opportunity for both of us to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
There is no need to prepare or have it all figured out.
We can start with a conversation.
